A dataset of active job postings collected from supported ATS platforms, with normalized roles, skills, seniority, workplace type, locations, salaries, and company details where sources provide them. It excludes closed or removed listings, unusable records, and duplicate postings. Built for job discovery, labor-market research, talent intelligence, workforce planning, competitive analysis, and recruiting products.

Which jobs lead the market, what they pay, and which skills they ask for.
250K+ active postings matched a reviewed role family in Clair's occupation taxonomy — the same classification the Jobs API serves. The 15 largest are shown here. Pay is the typical USD yearly range among postings that state one: median and the 25th–75th percentile of each posting's midpoint. Hourly, monthly, and other-currency figures are excluded rather than converted. Skills are distinctive to the role: named in at least 5% of that role's described postings, and at least twice as often as in the overall market. A token in a description is a mention, not a qualification.

150K+ active postings mention at least one technology from Clair's curated, boundary-aware vocabulary in their description text — the population the Jobs API's top-skills endpoint analyzes. A mention indicates demand in the posting, not proficiency level or importance.
Geography
Countries resolved from posting locations.
650K+ postings name a location Clair can resolve to an ISO country. Region-only labels and location-free remote roles remain unresolved.
Seniority
The level expressed by titles and posting text.
350K+ postings carry a normalized seniority. Unclassified roles are excluded rather than folded into an other bucket.
Coverage
Known fields, with the gaps left visible.
Coverage is measured against the canonical active-posting population above. A missing value means the source omitted it or Clair could not derive it defensibly; it never means zero.
