Seller feedback rating
Buyers' 1 to 5 star rating of an Amazon seller, shown as a percentage positive over the past 12 months.
What Seller feedback rating means
Buyers rate the third-party seller they bought from, separately from reviewing the product. Amazon shows a seller's feedback as the percentage of ratings that were positive, four or five stars, over the past 12 months, with the number of ratings.
Comparing periods tells more than one figure: a seller with a high lifetime rating and a much lower last 30 days has had a recent problem, such as late shipping or stock issues. Buyers see the 12-month figure next to each offer.
Clair's Amazon seller endpoint returns ratings for the last 30 days, 90 days, 12 months, and lifetime, with positive_percent and the latest feedback; the offers endpoint shows each offer's seller rating.
